Tweed opponents say they don’t want airport’s noise, traffic or pollution

(nhregister.com Nov. 25, 2021) NEW HAVEN — Tweed New Haven Regional Airport eventually may get the approvals it needs to move forward with its proposed expansion project, which includes lengthening the runway from 5,600 feet to 6,635 feet and building a new 70,000-square-foot terminal on the East Haven side of the airport.
